Hi. I’m Keli.

You’ve done the therapy. You’ve read the books. You know your patterns inside and out—and you can even laugh at them. But knowing hasn’t created the change.

You’re exhausted by the gap between who you are and how you keep showing up—in your relationships, in your business, in the spaces where you’re supposed to feel powerful. You don’t want more insight—you want relief. You want change that doesn’t override your values or burn you out.

That’s where I come in.

I’m a midwestern queer, intersectional feminist, dog mom, and coach who blends cognitive tools with somatic wisdom, intuition, and a deep reverence for what your nervous system already knows.

I work with smart, self-aware humans who are tired of trying to fix themselves. Who are ready to stop internalizing systems they’re actively trying to dismantle. Who want to feel safe in their own minds and bodies—not just functional.

My background spans direct sales, the healing arts, the arts-arts, and more self-help tools than I can count. Some helped. Some harmed. None of them offered what I was actually craving:

An approach that understood how personal patterns are shaped by social systems. That honored both intuition and evidence. That gave me tools to live more fully, without bypassing what was hard.

So I stopped searching for the “right” answer—and started building what I couldn’t find. That’s what I now offer to you.

Our work isn’t about turning you into someone shinier or more polished. It’s about helping you return to yourself—your clarity, your groundedness, your ability to choose rather than react.

We’ll explore how your socialization shaped your current way of being… and what it might look like to choose something different.

Not from effort, but from permission.

Most of my clients come to me after years of trying to heal, grow, or ‘fix’ themselves—through therapy, self-help, or sheer force of will.
They’ve named the patterns. Taken the workshops. Journaled their hearts out.

But naming isn’t changing.

That’s not a failure—it’s a nervous system response shaped by socialization.

And that’s where we begin.

I do my best work with folks who are right on the edge of big change.

The ones who’ve outgrown self-improvement but still want support.

The ones who care deeply about the world—but are starting to realize that grinding themselves down isn’t how change gets made.

You don’t need fixing. But you do deserve support.

Whether you’re navigating personal shifts, running a business that aligns with your values, or trying to do both without burning outthis work is designed to hold the full complexity of who you are.

You bring the lived experience. I bring the tools, questions, and sharp edges that help you see what’s been hiding in plain sight.

This is a partnership—you don’t have to carry the whole thing alone.

And I’d be honored to walk with you—toward something that feels like home.

  • "In my business, I pushed aside perfectionism and now I'm doing the things I've wanted to do. I thought it all had to be this certain way. When the pandemic hit, I finally decided 'I'm just going to do it.' What I realized was that even though it wasn't exactly what I had in my head, at least just doing a version of it was better than not doing anything...I thought, 'I should've done this...two years ago!' I learned *not doing it* isn't putting any money in my pocket. *Not doing it* prevents me from providing a service to people who may want it And the response was overwhelming... Email blowing up. Phone blowing up."

  • "I was able to listen to other people and the things they were going through weren't the things I was going through, but the thought processes that they were having were SO similar to the thoughts that I was having on 75 million other things! I felt like I was getting so much additional coaching!"
