Encomium: A Tribute to You

A podcast for women+ who are tired of feeling like the only one.

You've been looking for this conversation.

The one that holds the political and the personal in the same breath. That talks about the nervous system and the patriarchy and the moon and the grief you haven't fully named without hedging any of it, without asking you to leave part of yourself at the door.

The one that opens with a grounding practice because your body deserves to arrive before your mind starts taking notes.

The one hosted by someone who has been in the spaces that claimed to offer all of this and didn't, and built something real because she got tired of almost.

That conversation is here.

What Encomium Is

Twice a month. One solo episode, one second episode.

Solo episodes open with a grounding or embodiment practice. Breathwork, a body scan, something that brings you home to yourself before we go anywhere together. Then we move into the real work: the nervous system, boundaries, grief, anger, joy, the body, reclaiming your time and your money and your work and your relationships from the systems that extracted them. Each episode closes with a prompt. Something to sit with, something to bring into your actual life.

Second episodes rotate. Sometimes an interview with someone whose work belongs in this conversation. Sometimes a ritual or guided practice tied to the season or something significant happening in the sky. Four times a year, at the solstices and equinoxes, a ritual episode written specifically for that moment in the cycle. Not generic. Not evergreen. This season. This crossing. This specific threshold.

Body-based. Politically honest. Spiritually grounded without the dogma.

Woo enough to mean it. Grounded enough to be useful.

Who this is for

You've done the work. The therapy, the books, the practices. You know your patterns. You're politically awake and personally exhausted. You're queer, or queer-adjacent, or somewhere in the process of figuring out what that means for you. You've been burned by spiritual spaces that turned out to be the church with crystals and wellness spaces that asked you to leave your politics at the door.

You want the honest version of this conversation. The one that doesn't manage your feelings or perform its own healing or pretend the personal and the political aren't the same thing.

You're tired of feeling like the only one.

The good news: You're not.

About Keli

Hi! I'm Keli. Over-educated, opinionated, queer eldest daughter...professionally.

I'm a life coach and I help women+ stop hating themselves. Not in a toxic positivity way. In the actual, nervous-system, dismantling-your-internalized-patriarchy, learning-to-trust-yourself-again way.

I built Encomium because it's the conversation I kept looking for and couldn't find. The one that holds cognitive work and body-based practice and spiritual integrity and political honesty in the same room, without a guru at the center.

I also built The Spiral Path. It’s a membership community for women+ who are done doing this alone. The podcast stands alone. But if what you find here resonates and you want to go deeper, that's where the deeper work lives.

Listen and subscribe

Encomium: A Tribute to You is available wherever you listen to podcasts and on YouTube.

New episodes twice a month. Never a countdown timer. Never manufactured urgency. Just the conversation, whenever you're ready for it.

Go deeper

The podcast is where the conversation lives. The Spiral Path is where the practice does.

If something in these episodes lands somewhere real, if you find yourself thinking me too or I've been trying to say that for years, The Spiral Path is the community where this work happens collectively. Weekly practices, monthly coaching, seasonal rituals, guided journeys, and a room full of women+ who are done doing this shit alone.
