Sacred Systems
For the woman+ who can name her patterns and still can't shift them at the root.
Three foundational territories. One arc. The ground beneath everything changes.
You’ve done the work.
You've read the books. Done the therapy. Built a sophisticated understanding of your own patterns. You know what a nervous system response is. You know the difference between a trigger and a wound. You've journaled. You've processed. You've named the thing more times than you can count.
And you're still cycling back.
Not because you haven't tried hard enough. Not because you're broken. Not because the work you've done wasn't real.
Because three foundational pieces have been missing from almost everything you've tried. And without them, the work has a ceiling.
Most personal development, even the good kind, treats these three pieces as extras. As finishing touches. As something you layer on after you've done the real work
Sacred Systems treats them as the foundation.
Because that's what they are.
The three pieces that have been missing:
Your nervous system.
Not as a buzzword. Not as a concept to understand. As the actual ground you're standing on.
Your nervous system has been doing its job since before you were born. Scanning the environment for signals of safety and threat, learning what to expect from the world, adapting to the conditions it was given. The patterns you've been trying to change? They're not character flaws. They're the intelligent responses of a nervous system that learned to survive a specific environment.
But here's what most approaches miss: you cannot change a nervous system pattern through insight alone. Understanding the pattern doesn't change it. Your nervous system changes through the body. Through new experiences. Through new conditions that give it new evidence about what's safe.
And through co-regulation. The presence of other regulated nervous systems. Which is why some of this work cannot be done alone.
Your spiritual life.
After the church. After the crystals. After every space that claimed to honor your knowing and didn't.
Most people who have done any amount of spiritual seeking have been through what I call the church-with-crystals experience. The same hierarchies, the same performance of devotion, the same unspoken rules about what you were allowed to question. Just dressed differently. 'Everything happens for a reason' becoming 'this is your karma' becoming 'you manifested this.'
And so you left. Or you're leaving. Or you left years ago and you're still finding the residue of it living in your body in ways you didn't expect. Or you have belief without community because their way is decidedly not your way.
Here's what most deconstruction leaves out: leaving a tradition doesn't automatically install something truer in its place. Most people end up in a spiritual in-between. Knowing what they don't believe. Not yet knowing what they do. And not quite sure how to build something genuine from that uncertainty.
Reclaiming your spiritual life doesn't mean finding the right belief system. It means reclaiming the right to a direct relationship with whatever you find sacred. Without a mediator. Without someone else's doctrine determining whether your experience is valid.
Your intuition.
The signal your body has been sending that you've been taught to distrust.
The gut feeling that was right. The no that rose before you had words for it. The sense that something was wrong before you could prove it.
And then someone told you you were imagining things. Being dramatic. Too sensitive. Not logical enough.
So you learned to override it. To wait for external evidence before trusting what you already knew internally. To explain away the signal until it got quiet enough to ignore.
The distrust of women's intuition is not accidental. A woman who trusts her own knowing is harder to manipulate. Harder to gaslight. Harder to convince she needs someone else's authority to validate her experience.
Reclaiming your intuition is not just a healing practice. It's a political act.
What Sacred Systems is:
Sacred Systems is a series of three six-week live intensives. Reclaiming Your Nervous System. Reclaiming Your Spirituality. Reclaiming Your Intuition.
Run in community. In real time. With coaching throughout.
Each intensive goes deep into one territory. The curriculum, the body-based practices, the reflection prompts, the coaching calls. All of it designed specifically for that territory. All of it building on what came before.
This is not a course you consume alone at midnight. It's not a self-paced library you dip in and out of when you remember it exists. It's a sustained container with other people who are doing the same work. Which is not incidental to how the work functions. It's the mechanism.
Why the order matters:
These aren't three separate topics you can approach in any order.
A dysregulated nervous system cannot access genuine spiritual experience. When you're braced, scanning, preparing for threat, the part of your brain responsible for meaning-making, connection, and transcendence is offline. Regulate first. Then reach.
And you cannot hear your intuition clearly until both of those things are in place. The nervous system has to be regulated enough to send clear signals. Your relationship with your own knowing has to be free enough from borrowed doctrine that you can actually trust what you hear.
Each one creates the conditions for the next.
This is why Sacred Systems is a series, not a single course. And why the sequence is the point.
What’s Inside
Reclaiming Your Nervous System
Six weeks on the actual architecture of how you move through your life.
We start with the foundational reframe in the body, not just the mind. The moment when 'I'm not broken, I'm adapted' lands somewhere real rather than just making intellectual sense.
We move through the three nervous system states as lived experience. Not as abstract categories. As something you can recognize in your own body in real time. What home feels like. What bracing feels like. What going under feels like. And how to tell the difference before you've already made the decision you regret.
We work with a body-based toolkit. The specific practices that actually shift the state rather than just describe it. Breath. Movement. Touch. Titration.
And we work with co-regulation. How to use the presence of other regulated nervous systems to expand your own window of tolerance. How to let yourself be held rather than holding everything yourself.
Reclaiming Your Spirituality
Six weeks on what comes after the deconstruction.
We start with the archaeology. What did you inherit? What did you choose? What are you still carrying from a tradition you thought you left, in your body, in the guilt, in the self-sacrifice that got wired in before you had any say?
We work with body-based deconstruction. What it feels like in the body to release a belief that was never yours. What it feels like to reclaim one that is.
We work with ritual as a tool that doesn't require belief. The specific practice of treating something as sacred, and how that changes what the body can access.
And we work with what is actually yours. What do you believe, in your body, when everything borrowed has been set down?
Reclaiming Your Intuition
Six weeks on the signal your body has been sending.
We start with the history. Why the distrust of women's knowing isn't a personal failing. It has a specific history and a specific function. And why reclaiming it is not just healing. It's resistance.
We work with somatic distinction. Anxiety versus intuition versus projection. Not as abstract categories but as lived, felt, somatic experiences you can learn to differentiate in real time. Before you've already made the decision.
We work with inner authority. What it means to be the primary authority on your own experience. Not infallible. Just legitimate. Worthy of being listened to before anyone else gets a turn.
And we work with what changes when intuition is finally online. The decisions. The relationships. The creative work. The particular rest that becomes available when you stop being at war with your own knowing.
The Container
Weekly coaching calls. You bring something real. A pattern that activated, a piece of curriculum that landed somewhere, a question you've been sitting with. We work with it in real time. The group listens. Often adds what they see. When someone else is being coached, your nervous system absorbs it without defensiveness. You shift things just by being in the room. Calls are recorded if you can't be live.
A community space in Circle for what arises between calls. The insight that landed at 2am. The pattern you caught in real time. The question that's still turning. Not a Facebook group. A real space with real people doing this specific work.
Written curriculum with body-based practices specific to each intensive. Not generic somatic tools dropped into a course that doesn't know what to do with them. Practices designed for the specific territory of each six-week container.
Reflection prompts designed to move the work from intellectual understanding into felt experience. The kind that ask you to locate something in your body before you try to make sense of it in your head.
A note on what I can and cannot promise
I'm not going to tell you this will change your life in six weeks.
Six weeks per intensive is a beginning. A deep one. The kind that makes the next layer possible. The reframe lands in the body. The spiritual archaeology begins. You catch yourself overriding the signal and choose differently. Even once. That changes things.
What I can tell you: the teaching is body-based, not just conceptual. The coaching calls are real. The container is small. The philosophy underneath it all is anti-guru. The work is specifically designed to return you to your own authority, not to make you dependent on mine.
What I can't tell you: whether the timing is right for you. Whether you're ready to bring what's required. That's yours to know.
Your skepticism is information. A space worth being in will honor it rather than try to talk you out of it.
Who Sacred Systems is for
The person who has done significant personal development work and is still missing something. Who can name the patterns but can't shift them at the root. Who has a sense that the nervous system piece matters but hasn't found a way into it that actually sticks. Who left a religious tradition and hasn't found something to replace it with that feels true. Who knows her body is sending signals she's not fully hearing or trusting.
Sacred Systems is not for someone brand new to personal development. The work moves fast and goes deep. You need a foundation of self-awareness to build from.
It's not for someone looking for a quick fix. This is root-level work. It takes time and it asks something of you.
It is for someone who is ready to stop treating these three things as extras and start treating them as the foundation.
