The New Moon in Libra arrives. A beginning in the sign of relationship, balance, and honest exchange. And it arrives while Venus is retrograde in Scorpio, which means it's a beginning that immediately asks: are you sure? Not to stop you, but to make sure whatever you're starting is built on something real.
But today is the day before. The Waning Crescent Moon. The dark, releasing phase, the breath before the reset. This is the energy that says: put down what you've been carrying that doesn't belong in the next cycle. Not dramatically. Quietly. The way you set something on the table instead of keeping it in your hands.

Each new and full moon, I’ll hand you a small ritual. Not to “manifest” or optimize, but to reattune your body to a different pace. One that honors cycles, not calendars.

Air for Conscious Release
A Waning Crescent ritual for clearing space before the New Moon.
Supplies:
Paper and pen
A window you can open
Steps:
Write one thing you're releasing before tomorrow's new cycle. One pattern, one story, one version of a relationship that's run its course.
Open the window.
Read it aloud once.
Say: "I release this before the reset. I choose what I carry forward."
Fold the paper and recycle it.
Tomorrow the New Moon plants something new. Today you clear the ground.
