I created it when I finally realized that selling in a way that betrayed myself was the real source of burnout, not the selling itself. That building in a way that required me to perform certainty I didn't feel wasn't ambition. It was self-abandonment with a business plan attached. And I had finally figured out how to share that. After years of experimentation.
Integrity isn't moral. It's somatic. It's the sensation of "I can live with this."

As the smoke lifts, say: "Let this vow be witnessed."
