After the dive, we come up for air.
This week’s ritual helps you integrate what Scorpio unearthed, without forcing clarity before it’s ready.
✨ SPELL
This ritual isn’t about belief. It’s about repair.
Capitalism has broken your relationship to time—flattened your rhythms, punished your rest, and convinced you every moment must be productive.
The moon disagrees.
Each new and full moon, I’ll hand you a small ritual. Not to “manifest” or optimize, but to reattune your body to a different pace. One that honors cycles, not calendars.
Pay attention to the moon. It’s not aesthetic—it’s antidote.
Water for Integration (Not Interpretation)
The new moon cracked something open this week.
Maybe loudly. Maybe quietly.
Either way, you’re not meant to “figure it out” yet.
This isn’t a week for answers.
It’s a week for absorption.
Here’s your integration ritual. It’s gentle, simple, and built for the days after a deep dive.
Supplies:
A cup of warm water or tea
Paper + pen
Steps:
Sit somewhere you won’t rush yourself. Hold the warm cup in both hands.
Feel the heat, the weight, the steadiness. On the paper, write one sensation from this week.
Not an interpretation. Not a story.
Just a feeling.Read it aloud to your cup.
Say:
I don’t need to name this yet.
I only need to hold it well.Drink the warm water slowly.
Let your body carry what your mind doesn’t have language for yet.
This is the part of transformation everyone skips:
The integration.
The letting-be.
The quiet metabolizing.
Let yourself be in the becoming without rushing the understanding.
✊ HEX
You don’t need a rundown of the headlines. You’re living them. Whether you’re in the U.S. or just suffering under its ripple effects, the harm is real—and relentless.
This isn’t catharsis. It’s counter-spell.
Each HEX is a ritual of refusal—a channel for holy rage, spiritual disruption, and deliberate, directed dissent.
Here’s who we’re targeting. And what to do about it.
The Network That Protects Predators
This week’s HEX is for every person and every institution that enabled, concealed, financed, or benefited from Jeffrey Epstein’s violence. (And all those who are like him, because while his ring may be the biggest one in the news right now, it’s not the first or the only.)
We hex the secrecy.
We hex the networks built to protect abusers.
We hex the money and power that insulated them for decades and the systems still trying to disappear the truth.
Because harm on that scale doesn’t happen alone.
It happens with help.
It happens with silence.
It happens with people in rooms who choose comfort over accountability, every time.
Your action:
Light a candle or place a hand on your heart, and say:
No more shadows.
No more hiding.
No more protection for the powerful at the expense of the vulnerable.
Then choose one small act of refusal:
Believe survivors out loud
Support journalists + orgs investigating the network
Share a resource that centers safety, not scandal
Every layer of complicity can be undone.
Every system that protects the powerful can be cracked.
And what has been revealed, we refuse to let re-bury itself.
🔥 If this blog lit something up in you—rage, grief, desire—you’re not alone. You’re just early.
Project Reclamation is where we take that fire and build something with it.
A coaching community for the politically fed up and spiritually alive.
Not where you fix yourself—where you reclaim yourself.
Because healing is easier when you’re not doing it inside the systems that broke you.
And because joy isn’t a luxury—it’s a threat to the status quo.

PS: If your emotions feel slow or heavy right now, that’s not regression. It's digestion.
New moons work on their own timeline. So do you.
